<p><strong><em>ESTUNGKARA</em></strong> : Jurnal Pengabdian Pendidikan Sejarah yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah Universitas Jambi yang berkerja sama dengan Perkumpulan Prodi Pendidikan Sejarah Se-Indonesia (P3SI). Jurnal ini menerbitkan hasil pengabdian dibidang pendidikan, sosial, dan humaniora. Fokus dan Cakupan jurnal ini terdiri dari Seluruh Spektrum Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang meliputi:</p> <ol type="a"> <li>Pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan teknologi dan seni menjadi produk yang secara langsung dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat.</li> <li>Penyebarluasan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni budaya menjadi produk yang perlu diketahui dan dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. <p>The legacy of the Majapahit Kingdom is a very important legacy for the development of culture and civilization in Indonesia. The founding of this kingdom is estimated to be in the thirteenth to sixteenth centuries, until it was known as the largest and most powerful kingdom in the archipelago. This article examines various aspects of Majapahit heritage, including architecture, art, literature, and government systems. Through analysis of artifacts such as temple remains, inscriptions and literary works, as well as their influence on local society and culture, this article was created to provide deeper knowledge about Majapahit's contribution to shaping the identity of the Indonesian nation. Apart from that, discussing the challenges of preserving these heritages in the modern era is also an important focus, considering the high historical value and tourism potential that can be developed. <p><em>The purpose of this activity is to train data analysis and interpretation based on validation and reliability tests using the Microsoft Excel application. Data analysis and interpretation training activities using the microsoft excel application were carried out in room L-101 FKIP Jambi University which was attended by 20 students. The purpose of this training activity is to improve students' data analysis and interpretation skills using the Microsoft Excel application, so that it is expected to facilitate students in conducting research and improve the quality of student research. Data analysis and interpretation training activities using the Microsoft Excel application consist of three stages of activity, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Based on the training activities that have been carried out, students feel happy with the training activities that have been carried out. Students know the features and benefits of Microsoft excel application more widely. The existence of Microsoft excel application training can be utilized to develop their knowledge.</em></p>Firdiawan Ekaputra

<p><em>Pantun is an old form of literary work that still survives today. Uniquely, </em><em>pantun</em><em> can be used in formal and non-formal events. However, among students, especially junior high school (SMP) students, writing </em><em>pantun</em><em> is still something that is difficult to do. Students have difficulty developing their ideas due to a lack of guidance in writing </em><em>pantun</em><em> well. The Community Service Team (PKM) of the Indonesian Literature Study Program at Jambi University held pantun writing training aimed at helping students, especially in writing old poems in the form of pantun. The training held by the PKM team is a rhyme writing training aimed at junior high school students who are in the teenage age group. It is hoped that this activity held for students of SMP N 1 Muaro Jambi can provide motivation and help them preserve Malay culture through pantun. The results of local wisdom-based pantun writing training activities carried out at SMP N 1 Muaro Jambi went smoothly. <p><em>The lack of application of Meronce skills in learning is the reason why Meronce training has been implemented at SDN 64/I Muara Bulan. This is supported by observations that 80% of teachers at SDN 64/I Muara Bulian are not familiar with the Meronce technique, whereas the remaining 20% are aware of it but have not incorporated it into their teaching activities. The main reason for teachers' reluctance to implement Meronce activities in class is their ignorance of the benefits of this technique. In reality, there are many advantages of Meronce for students. It can help children develop their fine motor skills, which are crucial for writing. Meronce also teaches children to be attentive and focused, practice patience, and develop the ability to sort and match objects based on their color, shape, and size. The results of the PKM conducted at SDN 64/1 revealed that the training provided to teachers and lower-grade students was well-received and generated a positive response. <p><em>English language proficiency is essential for students of the North Sulawesi Institute of Domestic Government (IPDN) as well as preparing them for their future in governance and international collaboration. However, challenges such as varying basic English language skills and unfamiliarity with standardized tests such as TOEFL hinder their progress. This study aims to optimize the English language proficiency of IPDN students through an integrated training program tailored to the TOEFL framework. Using a pre-test and post-test design, the program features structured modules, TOEFL simulations, and ongoing evaluations over a period of 2 months and 2 weeks. Quantitative data results revealed a significant average increase in TOEFL scores from 450 to 510 with significant improvements across Listening, Structure and Written, and Reading. Qualitative feedback resulted in increased confidence and mastery of test-taking strategies among students. This study underscores the importance of targeted English language training in improving language skills and recommends integrating similar programs into the IPDN curriculum to foster sustainable language development and global competitiveness.</em></p>Moon Hidayati OtoluwaSabrina Wardatul Jannah HusainIndah Wardaty Saud
