Abstract

Theresearchaimsistoexplaintheeffectofthesimultaneousandpartialof
lifestyleandreferencegrouponBlackBerrypurchaseandexplainthedominant
factoreffects.Samplessizeconsistsof96units,whicchousenfromEconomic
FacultyStudents.Analysisusesdescriptiveandstatisticalanalysistorevealthestatisticalpattern.
Theresultsshowsthatthepercentagecontributionofindependentvariablesthereferencegroup(X1)andlifestyle(X2)onthedependentvariable(thedecisionofusingBlackBerry(Y)is41%.Hence,itisrecommendedthattheBlackBerryCorporationuisesreferencegroupsandlifestylestobeoneofthemarketingtool.
