Pengaruh Sikap Sosial Siswa Terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran PPKN Siswa Kelas VIII DI SMP Negeri 6 Kerinci

This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 6 Kerinci in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. In the initial observation, the researchers found that the learning outcomes of PPKn for some students were still below the KKM. This study aims to determine the effect and magnitude of the influence of students' social attitudes on the learning outcomes of PPKN subjects for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Kerinci.

The research method in this study is quantitative. In connection with this study, the approach used by researchers is the Ex Post Facto approach. As for data collection techniques, namely interviews and questionnaires.

Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the variable social attitudes of students (X) has a significant effect on the learning outcome variable (Y) for PPKN subjects for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Kerinci. This is evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (2.081> 1.99254) and a significant value of 0.041 <0.05 with the intention that social attitudes have a significant impact on the learning outcomes of Civics class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Kerinci. The magnitude of the influence can be seen on the Coefficient of Determination, which is obtained R2 = 0.055, which is percentaged to 5.5%. So the big influence is 5.5% while the remaining 94.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

This study aims to determine the application of intra-school student organization (OSIS) functions in realizing the values of the fourth precept of Pancasila at SMKN 1 Batanghari. The results of the study show that the implementation of the intra-school student organization (OSIS) function in realizing the fourth precept of Pancasila at SMKN 1 Batanghari is involving students outside the OSIS management to hold deliberations in every decision-making to carry out activities, the OSIS board also provides opportunities for students to convey ideas or opinions regarding the activity plans that have been submitted by OSIS members, conduct democratic election of OSIS chairmen and members, and be open and accept all criticism submitted by SMKN 1 Batanghari students. The first obstacle faced by the OSIS SMKN 1 Batanghari in realizing the fourth precept value in Pancasila is that there are students who are less active in participating in every OSIS activity, both in deliberation activities and other activities, and students who take part in deliberation activities tend to be less active in providing criticism and opinions. The conclusion of the application of the intra-school student organization function (OSIS) in implementing the fourth precept of Pancasila at SMKN 1 Batanghari is carried out by carrying out deliberations, carrying out elections and accepting criticism. From these three aspects, the function of carrying out deliberations and carrying out elections has been carried out properly , while the function of receiving criticism has not been carried out properly.

the initial observation, the researcher knew that there were several problems with the number of students' learning achievements that were not good, this was investigated by the researchers because the students' characters were not good in everyday life, so they had poor learning outcomes over time, learning , assignments, and tests done by students.

This research method uses qualitative research with descriptive research types. The data collection techniques in this study were in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. By using research indicators on student character adapted to Civics learning materials.

Based on the results of the study, it showed that the impact of poor character was proven by the results of observations, interviews and documentation that the researchers found, this turned out to affect the learning outcomes or student achievement which was not good, caused by a feeling of laziness and irresponsibility, lack of independence and discipline, and underestimating honesty.

From this research it can be concluded that the impact of character on student achievement is enormous, the character and morals of children who are not educated properly are caused by various internal and external factors resulting in a decline in character resulting in poor learning achievement among students. .

Peran Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Soft Skill Peserta Didik Melalui Pembelajaran Ppkn Di MTS Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi

Abstrak; The purpose of carrying out this research was to find out the teacher's role in improving the soft skills of students at MTsN 3 Muaro Jambi. This research was conducted at MTsN 3 Muaro Jambi from 8 February to 16 April 2022. The method for obtaining data used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis performed was of a qualitative nature. The results obtained after the implementation of the research, namely the role of PPKn teachers in improving the Soft Skills of students at MTsN 3 Muaro Jambi, were not optimal, this was caused by several factors such as the urgency of implementing learning aimed at hard skills not soft skills, teachers did not really understand about soft skills, teachers do not know and understand various methods and strategies in improving soft skills in learning and have an impact on the monotony of the methods used during the implementation of learning and foster boredom in students, the teacher does not understand the character of students, causing the teacher to find it difficult to manage students and make learning not conducive. The advice given after this research was carried out was that the teacher should further improve his Soft Skills and exemplify students with a good attitude. This is because the teacher is at the forefront of students in finding references to soft skills and good character.

Peran UPTD Perlindungan Perempuan Dan Anak Dalam Memberikan Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Perempuan Korban Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga

This study intends to examine how the UPTD for the Protection of Women and Children helps victims of domestic violence in Jambi City to obtain legal protection. A qualitative research methodology was used. Through the use of primary and secondary data, this research is descriptive in nature. Interviews and documentation are used as primary data collection methods, then the data will be analyzed qualitatively. The findings of this study indicate that the role of the UPTD for the Protection of Women and Children in providing legal protection for women victims of domestic violence has been going well, but not yet optimal. This is because there has been an increase in violence against women, and there will be a decrease in case data in 2022 because victims will tend not to report their experiences. In addition to providing legal protection for women victims of domestic violence, the UPTD for the Protection of Women and Children also functions as a mediator between victims and perpetrators. The task of the UPTD for the Protection of Women and Children is reduced to being a companion if the legal and religious courts are successful. In order to provide legal protection for women victims of domestic violence, the UPTD for the Protection of Women and Children must overcome challenges from victims, families of victims or perpetrators, and society. Based on this, the UPTD for the Protection of Women and Children seeks to provide this legal protection, in particular by conducting socialization and collaborating with related social organizations.

This research is motivated by the problem of poor compliance among land taxpayers and community structures in the Tabir area of Merangin Regency.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between land and building taxpayer compliance in Tabir induk sub-district, Merangin district is influenced by the knowledge of land and building taxpayers.

Quantitative methodology was used in this study, the data collection tool used a questionnaire. Quantitative research is a research method used to answer the truth of the hypothesis.

The conclusion of this research data analysis shows that the taxpayer awareness variable (X) has an effect on land and building taxpayer compliance (Y). The coefficient of determination R, which is 38.9 percent, indicates the degree of impact between factors in the examination of taxpayer awareness and compliance among land and building taxpayers.

It is hoped that the recommendations in this study will increase the sample size of the study, expand the sample of researchers, and allow researchers to conduct studies in other locations or provinces so that the findings can be extrapolated to a larger population. This research contributes to the creation of courses, especially in the field of taxpayer awareness and taxpayer compliance. In addition, researchers are expected to focus their studies on additional elements that may affect taxpayer compliance outcomes that have not been included in this study.

In this study, the researcher used a qualitative research methodology with the aim of producing research in the form of elaborating words that presented the facts that had been obtained in the field. Data search techniquesl usedl are interviews,l observation,l and documentationl studies. Interviews were conducted with employees related to coaching.

Froml thel resultsl of thisl studyl itl wasl foundl thatl thel Classl II B Narcoticsl Correctionall Institutionl in Muaral Sabak had a personality and independence development program. Personality development programs include religion, mentality and statehood. Meanwhile, self-reliance development programs include animal husbandry, agriculture and batik. These programs run well but have obstacles in their implementation, namely the number of inmates that exceed the capacity of LAPAS, facilities and infrastructure that are still lacking, the quality of coaching staff is not good, and the allocation of funding for program implementation is not optimal. Based on these findings it was concluded that the implementation of the coaching program at LAPAS Class II B Muara Sabak had not been running effectively as expected.

The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that cause an increase in traffic violations in the jurisdiction of Polresta Jambi. Data collection This research was conducted at the Polresta Jambi and research was conducted in the Jambi City area from 5 December 2022 to 15 February 2023. The method for collecting data used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis used is qualitative in nature. The results obtained after the implementation of the research The factors causing the increase in traffic violations in the jurisdiction of the Jambi Police are due to human factors, vehicle factors, and road factors. Human factors are the most numerous or dominant traffic violations compared to other factors. Traffic violations due to the human factor in Jambi City are caused by various reasons including: wanting to save time and money, being careless, in a hurry, wanting to get to your destination quickly, and being forgetful or negligent. The most common types of violations committed related to human factors that occurred in Jambi City include: violations related to the number of passengers, violations related to the use of helmets, violations related to not being able to show STNK and SIM, and violations related to running red lights.

Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Buku Saku Digital Pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn Kelas XI IPS SMAN 8 Kota Jambi

This study aims to find out if there are problems experienced by class XI IPS students at SMAN 8 Jambi City for the 2021/2022 academic year when students experience teaching and learning activities. This research was conducted at SMAN 8 Jambi City on October 17 2022. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to students (as the main data) and interviewing teachers in the field of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (as supporting data). After the questionnaire was returned, the data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by percentage. The results showed that in the process of teaching and learning activities students did not pay attention when the teacher explained the material due to the lack of teaching materials that made students interested. The average score that did not reach the KKM was 132 or 54% of students and only 112 or 46% of students who reached the KKM. it uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), develops digital pocket book teaching materials for administering tests to determine student learning outcomes. The instruments used in this study were media expert assessment questionnaires, material experts, linguists, teacher and student responses as well as student learning outcomes. Based on the results of research conducted by giving tests in the form of questionnaires on student learning outcomes at the end of the lesson, 28 students obtained complete grades and only 2 students did not complete out of a total of 30 students so that 93% of students achieved KKM. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the digital pocket book teaching materials that have been made can improve student learning so that this digital pocket book teaching material can be used by teachers and students of class XI IPS SMAN 8 Jambi City on PPKn material.
