Even though they are in a disaster-prone area, people continue to carry out their life activities as usual. The aim of this research is to analyze the building of community social solidarity in facing the flash flood disasters in Sungai Limau Sub-District, Padang Pariaman Regency. The theory used in this research is the theory of social solidarity emphasizing collective consciousness proposed by Emile Durkheim. The research was conducted in Sungai Limau District, Padang Pariaman Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. Informant withdrawal was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this research began with non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document study. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model was carried out in several stages, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the community in Sungai Limau sub-district, Padang Pariaman Regency remained resilient in the disaster area due to strengthening social solidarity between communities. This strengthening is built due to a sense of shared destiny, having goals to achieve together, and taking joint action in facing disasters. In the Contact phase, the teacher introduces the phenomenon of solar eclipses, sparking students' curiosity. In the Curiosity phase, students are given the opportunity to delve deeper into the topic, developing their inquiry skills. The Elaboration phase involves students in diorama projects, allowing them to apply their knowledge in a practical context. A descriptive qualitative research method is used to observe these stages. It was found that through this approach, students' motivation increased, their inquiry skills were enhanced, and their understanding of scientific concepts deepened in three steps. For this reason, researchers are interested in conducting research with the title restorative justice approach as an alternative to criminal case settlement in realizing effective and efficient justice. This research is a normative juridical research. The results of the study found that the regulation of rhetorative justice is regulated internally in each law enforcement institution of the police, prosecutor's office and court. The orientation is no longer on punishment but shifts to restoring the original situation through peace efforts of the parties, both victims, perpetrators and communities affected by criminal acts. so that it can present an effective and efficient justice both in terms of time and costs incurred. Utilizing a literature review methodology, the research compiles and analyzes data from various sources, including academic journals, books, and articles, to explore the trends, implementations, and impacts of CSR initiatives. The findings reveal that companies integrating CSR into their core strategies not only improve their reputations and stakeholder engagement but also contribute to long-term economic development and environmental sustainability. Discussion points emphasize the importance of transparency and accountability in CSR practices, which are crucial for gaining consumer trust and achieving regulatory compliance.
