The objectives of this study include: (1) To find the most appropriate financial model or scheme based on applicable regulations in an effort to strengthen the financial capacity of FMUs in East Kalimantan that is in line with the business that has been and will be developed by the FMU, and support the operationalization of selected schemes; (2) Assess the various businesses that have been and / or will be developed by the FMU; and (3) Formulate concrete recommendations that can be applied to the current financial and political climate in East Kalimantan and at the national level. From the results of the interviews it can be interpreted that most of the informants have a proportional understanding of the aspects of financial management, especially of course the PA / KPA schemes they have been implementing so far, but also other schemes (BLUD and BUMD), the speakers have good knowledge. adequate. Results of interviews with FMU leaders and staff regarding their views on the ease and difficulty of implementing each financial management scheme. The best choice fell on PPK BLUD.
