MODULE AND AUDIOVISUAL PACKAGE INTERVENTIONS IN INCREASING STUDENTS' KNOWLEDGE AND HARD SKILL IN MATERNITY NURSING COURSES

COVID-19 has changed the order of education in Indonesia. There is a big change in learning from formal education in the classroom to learning from home, with an online system. The online education system is certainly not easy. In addition to the personal discipline to study independently, there are facilities and resources that must be provided. Laboratory activities that hone students' abilities in developing skills for patients were forced to turn into audiovisual learning. In maternity nursing learning there are practices carried out in laboratories that develop students' hard skills and knowledge The design of this research is pretest and posttest without control group. The implementation of the audiovisual learning and module intervention was given in 4 sessions consisting of pregnancy, childbirth, newborns and the postpartum period. The questionnaire used in this study was a knowledge questionnaire and hard skill assessment on students using zoom. Number of respondents are 63 respondents. The results of the study show that there is an effect of audiovisual learning on students’ knowledge p=0,001 and soft skill p=0,001. This study shows an increase in the score of 80% of the number of respondents. This research recommends giving audiovisual learning to improve knowledge laboratory skills in maternity nursing.

EVALUATION OF AGRICULTURE-BASED TOURISM PRODUCTS IN TINGGAN TRADITIONAL VILLAGE

This study aims to determine the condition of tourism products in the tourist village of Pucak Tinggan, and to measure the level of tourist satisfaction with the service performance of the manager. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. While the analytical method used is descriptive qualitative and measurement of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). From this research, it is known that tourism products in the tourist village of Pucak Tinggan are in the form of trekking packages visiting Pucak Mangu Temple, honey bee farming in the middle of a coffee plantation, biogas education, production of ground coffee and production of taro chips. The condition of supporting facilities along the trekking route such as gazebos, selfie spots and toilets has been damaged and is not well maintained due to cost constraints. Training and mentoring have been carried out by a team of IPBI lecturers targeting increasing management resources and supporting SME products based on agriculture. Service quality based on CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) analysis is in the satisfactory category. This shows that tourists who are respondents in this study are satisfied with the performance of tourism managers in Pucak Tinggan tourism village.

This study aims to analyze optimism in coronary heart patients and the optimism of coronary heart patients based on gender differences as a novelty of this study compared to previous studies. This type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were coronary heart disease patients who had been clinically diagnosed by a doctor and were undergoing outpatient care at RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru, with a total of 213 people, and the number of samples in this study was 139. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential data analysis using a t-test. The results showed that there were differences in optimism in terms of gender in coronary heart patients. So that these findings are useful for developing positive psychology in the context of coronary heart patients.

This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire instrument distributed online which aims to analyze the relationship between learning interest and learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 4 Sungai Penuh academic year 2020/2021. The subjects in this study were students of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Sungai Penuh 72 people. Analysis of quantitative research using the SPSS program to test assumptions (normality and linearity) and making hypotheses through the correlation test obtained a person correlation value of 0.022 <0.05, so it is stated that Ho is rejected or there is a relationship between interest in learning and student learning outcomes physics in SMA Negeri 4 Sungai Penuh.

NEEDS ANALYSIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ARDUINO MICROCONTROLLER-BASED HOOKE'S LAW TEACHING TOOL GUIDEBOOK

This research is a type of research and development (R & D) which has a focus on the goal of producing a product and testing its effectiveness and feasibility. This research model adopts the 4D research model with stages namely Define , Design , Develop , and Disseminate . This needs analysis aims to determine what teaching materials are needed on Hooke's Law material at SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah. The research was carried out in October 2022. The research sample consisted of 40 students who were in class XI. The research instruments were interviews and student response questionnaires consisting of 18 question items regarding the need for a Hooke's Law visual aids guidebook based on the Arduino microcontroller which contained 4 aspects, namely aspects of student and teacher needs, aspects of the need for teaching materials, aspects of learning media, and aspects of interest/motivation . The results showed that most of the students were interested in developing an Arduino-based Hooke's law teaching aid guidebook.

Discipline is the attitude of a person who is in accordance with the rules or regulations that apply both arising from his self-awareness and because of sanctions or punishments that have been applied so as to create order and regularity. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach which aims to analyze information about the description of the disciplined attitudes of class X MIPA students at SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi for the 2020 academic year. The data was tested using the SPSS application. Based on descriptive statistical analysis, it was obtained that the students' discipline attitude was not good in class and outside class. Evidenced by the highest percentage of 51.7%

DOES PARENTING STYLE AFFECT ADOLESCENT EMPATHY? A STUDY ON HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between types of parenting patterns and empathetic attitudes of SMA Negeri 2 Solok City students. This study uses a correlational quantitative method. Data was collected using a parenting scale totaling 31 items and an empathy scale totaling 17 items. The population in this study was 317 students of SMA Negeri 2 Solok City, and the sample amounted to 176 students. The sample was determined by a Simple random sampling technique. Then the data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that the level of empathy is in the moderate category. The types of parenting patterns in SMA Negeri 2 Solok City students are divided into 3, namely authoritarian parenting, democratic parenting, and permissive parenting. Of the three types of parenting, the most influential and dominant parenting pattern used by parents of SMA Negeri 2 Solok City students is democratic parenting. The correlation test results between the types of parenting patterns and empathy show that authoritarian parenting and empathy do not have a significant relationship with the person correlation coefficient value of - 0.091; democratic parenting and empathy have a positive and significant relationship with the value of the person correlation coefficient. significant with a person correlation coefficient of 0.640, and permissive parenting and empathy have a negative relationship with a person correlation coefficient of -0.21. a person correlation coefficient of -0.218.

TOURIST SATISFACTION WITH GASTRONOMIC TOUR PACKAGES IN BAKAS TOURISM VILLAGE

This study measures tourists' satisfaction with Bakas Village's gastronomic tour packages. Observation, interviews, documentation, and distribution of questionnaires were used as data collection methods in this study. Descriptive qualitative and quantitative data analysis on a Likert scale is used as a data analysis method. In this study, it is known that gastronomic tourism here meets the definition. In addition, tourists are also offered other activities that are not listed in the travel packages sold. This study also shows that tourists who buy gastronomic packages from Bakas Village are satisfied with what they get.

The research aims to determine how students' ability to observe material changes in the state of matter. This research was conducted using classroom action research methods divided into three cycles. This research was conducted at MTS Al-Hidayah Kebon IX, Sungai Gelam District, Muaro Jambi Regency. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The population in this study were all students of class VII MTS Al-Hidayah Kebon IX class XI, totaling 68 students consisting of 3 classes. The sampling technique in this study used the Random Sampling technique, so the samples in this study were 23 students in class VII Nurul Bukhari and 19 students in class VII Muslim. As for the results obtained after the researchers conducted the research, it can be concluded that the students' science process skills on the indicator of observing ability were included in the good category. This was evidenced by increased students' observing abilities from cycle I to cycle III.

The durian plant (Durio zibethinus Murr.) is known as a wet tropical fruit native to Indonesia. The durian plant is a native Indonesian fruit with uneven production throughout the year. Nationally, durian plants experience harvest seasons that are not simultaneous. Durian is very popular with everyone, so that some call it the king of fruits or the queen of fruits. Besides the fruit being sweet, fragrant with yellowish-white flesh color and rich in calories, vitamins, fat and protein, the stems can also be used as a building material. This study used participatory observation methods and in-depth interviews to obtain qualitative descriptive data with village officials, village communities and durian farmers in the Sitinjau Laut sub-district, Keliling Danau sub-district and Danau Kerinci sub-district. Based on research results, there are still many types of local superior durian plants in the community and need to be rescued because their number and whereabouts are difficult to track down and are very few and old. Types of durian in Kerinci Regency are very diverse in shape and type, each of which has advantages and disadvantages. There are still many types of superior durian with superior properties that are not inferior to other types of regional durian. The type of durian that has been recorded is a superior type that is already rare because there are very few of them.

This study examines the influence of location and motivation on the decision of domestic tourists to visit the tourist attraction of Mata Air Tembeling in Nusa Penida, Bali. A quantitative methodology was employed, conducting a survey with 200 domestic tourist respondents. The results show that location influences tourists' visitation decision, with a preference for accessibility and adequate facilities. Motivation also plays a significant role, with the desire to relax and enjoy the natural beauty being important factors. This research provides further understanding of the factors influencing the decision of domestic tourists to visit Mata Air Tembeling. The findings can be utilized to optimize the marketing and development of the tourist attraction, as well as enhance tourist satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the tourism potential in Aan Tourism Village and community participation in the development of Aan Tourism Village. The research carried out with descriptive qualitative methods is expected to increase insight and knowledge about community involvement, especially in developing tourism villages. Aan Village has a variety of interesting tourism potentials in the form of views of hills, rice fields, waterfalls, and unspoiled rivers. In addition to nature-based tourist attractions, the people of Aan village have diverse and unique cultures and arts. Community involvement in developing Aan tourism village as a whole is quite optimal, which is more dominated by community members with backgrounds and tourism experience. Community involvement in tangible forms of energy includes participation in mutual aid activities, being a tour guide, and providing culinary. While in the form of property, among others, in the form of providing honey bee cultivation assets, facilities, and exhibition places for craft art and painting. The driving factors for community participation in the development of Aan tourism village, which include willingness, ability, and opportunity, are good.
