Abstrak

Identitas fisika memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk karier dan keterlibatan akademis individu dalam fisika. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan penelitian tentang identitas fisika selama dekade terakhir (2014–2024) menggunakan analisis bibliometrik berdasarkan data Scopus. Studi ini mengeksplorasi tren publikasi, distribusi geografis, dan topik yang kurang diteliti dalam identitas fisika. Dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer dan Publish or Perish 8, hasil analisis mengidentifikasi peningkatan jumlah publikasi pada tahun-tahun tertentu, dengan fokus utama pada isu gender dan faktor pembentuk identitas seperti efikasi diri, pengakuan, dan motivasi. Namun, penelitian tentang identitas fisika masih didominasi oleh Amerika Serikat, sehingga menciptakan kesenjangan dalam studi di negara lain. Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa upaya untuk memecahkan krisis identitas fisika masih minim. Sebagai kesimpulan, penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan pada solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi stereotip gender dan memperkuat identitas fisika, terutama di negara-negara dengan kontribusi penelitian yang rendah.
