PENGARUH PEMUPUKAN NPK DAN PUPUK ORGANIK TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS PADI DI LAHAN SAWAH IRIGASI PROVINSI JAMBI

Abstract

Pengkajian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pemupukan NPK dan pupuk organik terhadap produktivitas padi serta pendapatan petani dilahan sawah irigasi Provinsi Jambi. Pengkajian ini dilaksanakan di lahan sawah irigasi Desa Sri Agung Kecamatan Batang Asam Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat Provinsi Jambi pada bulan Maret – Juni 2015. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan lima perlakuan dan lima ulangan. Pengkajian dilaksanakan di lahan petani seluas 2,5 ha dengan melibatkan lima petani sebagai ulangan dan setiap petani melaksanakan lima perlakuan dengan luas setiap perlakuan 0,1 ha. Adapun perlakuan pemupukan adalah : P1 = 200 kg/ha Urea + 200 kg/ha SP36 + 0 kg/ha KCl + 0 kg/ha pukan, P2 = 200 kg/ha Urea + 150 kg/ha SP36 + 50 kg/ha KCl + 1000 kg/ha pukan, P3 = 150 kg/ha Urea + 150 kg/ha SP36 + 0 kg/ha KCl + 1000 kg/ha pukan, P4 = 150 kg/ha Urea + 100 kg/ha SP36 + 50 kg/ha KCl + 1000 kg/ha pukan, P5 = 0 kg/ha Urea + 0 kg/ha SP36 + 0 kg/ha KCl + 1000 kg/ha pukan. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk NPK dan pukan terlihat pertumbuhan dan hasil padi lebih baik dibanding tanpa pemupukan NPK. Pemberian pupuk 200 kg/ha Urea + 150 kg/ha SP36 + 50 kg/ha KCl + 1000 kg/ha pukan (P2) memberikan tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan dan hasil tertinggi dibanding perlakuan lainnya. Hasil padi tertinggi dengan pemberian pupuk 200 kg/ha Urea + 150 kg/ha SP36 + 50 kg/ha KCl + 1000 kg/ha pukan yaitu 7,90 t/ha (P2) sedangkan hasil padi terendah dengan pemberian pupuk 0 kg/ha Urea + 0 kg/ha SP36 + 0 kg/ha KCl + 1000 kg/ha pukan yaitu 3,20 t/ha (P5). Pemupukan 150 kg/ha Urea + 100 kg/ha SP36 + 50 kg/ha KCl + 1000 kg/ha pukan diperoleh hasil 7,24 t/ha (P4), Pemupukan 150 kg/ha Urea + 150 kg/ha SP36 + 0 kg/ha KCl + 1000 kg/ha pukan dengan hasil 6,56 t/ha (P3) dan pemberian pupuk 200 kg/ha Urea + 200 kg/ha SP36 + 0 kg/ha KCl + 0 kg/ha pukan (P1) hasilnya 5,24 t/ha. Pemberian pupuk NPK dan pukan dapat meningkatkan hasil padi sebesar 4,04 t/ha – 4,70 t/ha (55,80 % – 59,49 %) dibandingkan hanya menggunakan pukan. Analisis usahatani dari lima perlakuan tersebut, pemberian pupuk 200 kg/ha Urea + 150 kg/ha SP36 + 50 kg/ha KCl + 1000 kg/ha pukan (P2) memberikan pendapatan tertinggi yaitu Rp 15.074.300 per ha (R/C ratio 2,75) sedangkan pendapatan terendah yaitu Rp 4.329.600 per ha (R/C ratio 1,82) dengan pemberian pupuk 0 kg/ha Urea + 0 kg/ha SP36 + 0 kg/ha KCl + 1000 kg/ha pukan (P5).
