Therefore, the need for appropriate strategies in learning. This research aims to explore the strategies of the An-Nur Tangkit Islamic boarding school in improving speaking skills. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study type. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Then analyzed using Mills and Huberman. The research results show that the An-Nur Tangkit Islamic Boarding School is an educational institution that is committed to using Arabic and English as the languages ​​of daily communication. The strategies used are: a) providing vocabulary every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday after morning prayers; b) conversation practice every Tuesday and Friday for 30 minutes with a theme according to the vocabulary given previously; c) requires the use of direct methods in language-oriented learning; d) speech practice every Tuesday and Thursday; e) creating a language environment, namely the use of Arabic and English and prohibiting the use of Indonesian, let alone regional languages; f) holding competitions between man students and female students to create a competitive spirit for student in language. In the context of Arabic language education, it enables them to acquire some Islamic cultural knowledge related to doctrinal matters that are essential for any Muslim. The issue of divine will in creed has been widely discussed, and it is not appropriate to overlook it. This underscores the significant importance of integrating linguistic and doctrinal aspects. The study is based on field research, adopting a qualitative descriptive approach. Data is collected through observation and documentation. Following the study, the researchers conclude that achieving integration in Mufaza Indonesia Secondary School can be accomplished by formulating texts that convey information about the issue of divine will. This involves reviewing the prescribed textbooks for students in the school to ensure the absence of the desired topic. These texts can be presented to students in reading education, whether in intensive or extensive reading. The Koran was revealed to be a guide for humans so that they do not go astray and the ultimate goal is to become a human being with noble morals. One of the efforts to realize human beings with noble morals is through education. Seeking knowledge, educating or teaching, adorning oneself with noble morals is the duty of humans as caliphs on the earth of Allah SWT. This article aims to understand the terms educator and educational objects in the Koran. This research uses a qualitative approach, the analytical method used in this research is descriptive data analysis. The results of this research are that there are 11 concepts, models or terms for educators in the Koran and Hadith who carry out educational activities, namely: murabbi, muaddib, muallim, murshid, mudarris, mudarrib, muwajjih, muslih, mukhlis, muzakki, while the object of education is according to the Koran The most important and initial thing is oneself, family, relatives, and all of humanity.</p> <p><strong>Keywords: Educator Terms, Educational objects, Al Qur'an</strong></p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p> <p>Allah SWT menciptakan manusia agar menjadikan tujuan akhir dari segala aktivitasnya sebagai pengabdian kepada Allah SWT. Al quran diturunkan untuk menjadi petunjuk manusia agar tidak tersesat dan tujuan akhirnya yaitu menjadi manusia yang berakhlak mulia salah satu upaya dalam mewujudkan manusia berakhlak mulia tersebut adalah dengan pendidikan. Menuntut ilmu pengetahuan, mendidik atau mengajar, menghiasi diri dengan akhlak yang mulia adalah tugas manusia sebagai khalifah di bumi Allah SWT. &nbsp;Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui istilah pendidik dan objek pendidikan dalam al quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data deskriptif.
